Construction Company in Nicosia
A family-owned builder and property developer creating quality residential buildings in Nicosia for over 30 years.
A family business that builds and stands behind its homes
G. Masouras Constructions Ltd was founded in 1990 and is still run as a family business from our office in Lakatamia, Nicosia. We design, build and sell our own residential developments, so we are responsible for every building from the first plan to the keys.
Our work is focused on modern apartment buildings, the Court series. Each one is planned for everyday living: practical layouts, generous covered verandas, parking and storage, and the energy-efficient construction buyers in Cyprus now expect.
Because we stay in the same area, our reputation is built street by street. Many of our buyers come to us through neighbours, family and friends who already live in a G. Masouras home.
